Right To Manage Costs
The cost of the Right To Manage Process is outlined below:
£50 + VAT per flat in the building which is going through the
Right to Manage Process (subject to a minimum of £600 + VAT).
The client is liable for the reasonable legal costs of the
freeholder. This is a one off cost that we cannot be
responsible for. As a guide the cost will be between £500 - £1500 +
VAT, depending on the size of the block.
If there is a need to go to Leaseholder Valuation Tribunal (LVT)
the cost of the appeal will be £1500 + VAT. We will prepare
the application and attend the tribunal.
Should you need to repeat the Right to Manage process due to
process failure or inaccurate information the cost will be £600 +
